Gareth Randle
Co-founder and CEO
Gareth decides what's worth building, and says so when it isn't. He leads strategy, client work and product direction, and builds AI agents himself.
Two founders from the North East, working from Hexham.
We met as kids and have been friends for twenty years. It started with hand-built PCs and modded games, pulling software apart to see how it worked. North Roots is named after where we started, and it's still just the two of us doing the work.
